How to Stop Email Notifications in Auto Refresh Plus

You can stop email notifications in Auto Refresh Plus (ARP) either for specific pages or completely from General Settings.

Stop Email Notifications for Specific Pages (Popup)

1. Open the extension popup
2. Go to Monitor section
3. Find your active page settings
4. Disable Receive Email Alerts

This will stop emails only for that specific URL.

Disable All Email Notifications (General Settings)

1. Go to General Settings → Notifications
2. Locate Email Alerts Settings
3. Remove your email address or disable email alerts

This will stop all email notifications globally.

Important Notes

• Email alerts work only when Page Monitor is active
• Removing your email disables notifications for all pages
• Popup settings control per-page behavior
