1. Free Trial

Auto Refresh Plus may provide a 7-day free trial that allows users to evaluate premium features before purchasing a subscription.

We strongly encourage users to fully test the Service during the trial period before subscribing.


2. Digital Service Policy

Auto Refresh Plus is a digital subscription-based software service.

Due to the nature of digital products, subscription access, instant feature activation, and downloadable software functionality:

  • Payments are generally non-refundable after the free trial period
  • Refunds are not provided for partial usage periods, unused time, or failure to cancel before renewal
  • Once a subscription is activated or renewed, it is considered consumed digital access

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.


3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing provider or account settings.

When canceled:

  • Future renewals will stop
  • Premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused subscription time

Canceling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund.


4. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly, or according to your selected plan).

By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring billing unless canceled before the renewal date.

You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue the Service.


5. Exceptional Refund Cases

Payments are securely processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Paddle, or LemonSqueezy.

  • We do not store complete payment card information
  • Payment processing is subject to the terms and policies of the payment provider
