How to Enable Auto Refresh Plus in Incognito Mode

To use Auto Refresh Plus (ARP) in incognito or private browsing, you must manually allow it from your browser’s extension settings.

Enable in Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Click ⋮ (three dots) → Extensions → Manage Extensions
  3. Find Auto Refresh Plus
  4. Click Details
  5. Enable Allow in Incognito

Enable in Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox
  2. Click ☰ (menu) → Add-ons and Themes
  3. Go to Extensions
  4. Find Auto Refresh Plus
  5. Click Manage
  6. Enable Run in Private Windows

Important Notes

  • Incognito mode disables extensions by default
  • You must enable ARP manually for private browsing
  • Settings in incognito are separate from normal tabs
