Some features in Auto Refresh Plus can be enabled or disabled from the extension's General Settings. If you can't find the Countdown tab in the extension popup, it is usually because Countdown Mode is currently disabled.
How to Enable the Countdown Tab
Follow these steps:
- Open General Settings
- Select Countdown
- Enable Countdown Mode
- Save your changes
- Reopen the extension popup
Once enabled, the Countdown tab will appear in the popup.
What Does Countdown Mode Do?
Countdown Mode lets you delay when auto refresh starts instead of refreshing immediately.
You can choose between:
- Duration Mode – Start refreshing after a countdown using hours, minutes, and seconds.
- Date & Time Mode – Start refreshing at a specific date and time.
You can also configure Countdown Schedules from General Settings to automatically start and stop refreshing during selected days and time periods.
Important Notes
- The Countdown tab is hidden when Countdown Mode is disabled.
- Countdown Mode must be enabled from General Settings before it becomes available in the popup.
- Once enabled, you can configure countdown timers directly from the Countdown tab.
