The Auto Click feature in Auto Refresh Plus (ARP) allows you to automatically click elements (such as buttons or links) when a monitored keyword is detected on a webpage.
How to Enable Auto Click (Popup)
- Open the extension popup
- Go to Monitor section
- Scroll down to Auto Clicker
- Enable Auto Click on Link
This will automatically click a keyword when it appears and is part of a clickable element.
How Auto Click Works
- Works together with Page Monitor (keywords)
- Triggers when a keyword is found on the page
- Only works if the keyword is inside a clickable element (button or link)
Example:
- Keyword: “Buy Now”
- When it appears → ARP automatically clicks it
Auto Click with Different Refresh Types
Full Page Refresh
- Reloads the entire page
- Detects keyword after refresh
- Clicks the matched element automatically
XHR Refresh (Recommended for Dynamic Pages)
- Updates content without full reload
- Keeps page stable
- Works better for modern websites (dashboards, live updates)
Advanced Automation (Multiple Clicks / Sequences)
If you need more complex automation like:
- Multiple clicks
- Step-by-step actions
- Clicking different elements in sequence
You should use Custom Scripts & AI Automation.

With this feature you can:
- Write your own JavaScript for full control
- Automate complex workflows
- Trigger actions during refresh or after detection
You can also:
- Use AI Script Generator to create scripts automatically
- Use pre-made scripts (Script Marketplace) for quick setup
This is recommended for advanced users who need deeper automation beyond simple auto-click.
Important Notes
- Auto Click works per page from popup
- Requires keyword monitoring to be active
- Only triggers on clickable elements
- For complex automation, use Custom Scripts instead
