The default time interval for the extension is 12 seconds, meaning that the page will refresh every 12 seconds unless you specify a different interval.

To change the default interval, you will need to open the extension’s options page. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Click the Auto Refresh Plus icon in the Chrome toolbar.
2. Click the “Options” button.
3. In the options page, you will see a field labeled “Default time interval (in seconds).” You can enter a new value in this field to change the default refresh interval.
4. Click the “Save” button to apply your changes.

Please note that the minimum refresh interval that you can specify is 0.25 seconds.
